Printing and Postage

The Printing and Postage Program is designed to help stretch your neighborhood organization's dollars and to encourage open and frequent communication between neighbors. The City of Cedar Hill allocates $400 per fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) to any registered neighborhood organization or crime watch group to be used for printing and / or postage, with equipment provided by the city.

Please email Neighborhood Services at neighborhoods@cedarhilltx.com and include the document you want printed and quantity. Please note: If you are not utilizing the back page of your flyer or notice, Neighborhood Services will add pertinent information like upcoming events, city contact numbers and emails, information on trash alerts, leak alerts, and MyCedarHill mobile app. Neighborhood Services has the ability to print and tri-fold fliers, print labels, and supply you with envelopes to stuff. After you are done stuffing envelopes, you can return it all to Neighborhood Services for sealing and postage.
