The city's zoning ordinance sets standards and guidelines for land use and development within the city. Standards would include, but are not limited to; allowable uses within a particular zoning district, setbacks and minimum landscaping, and parking requirements.
From time to time, the zoning ordinance needs amending, either city initiated or less commonly by an applicant. The following pages contain information on recent and proposed amendments.
