Kayaking 101- Reservations Full

**Reservations for this program are full. Join a park ranger to learn kayaking basics on Joe Pool Lake! Park rangers will provide equipment and instructions.

Program is weather-dependent.
Please meet us at the South Boat Ramp.
Dress for the weather and plan to get wet. Please bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Phones, cameras, and other valuables are not recommended on the water.
All ages are welcome but children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult on a tandem kayak. Single and tandem kayaks available; one kayak may be reserved per group.

Space is limited and spots are available by reservation only.
Email Ranger Dani at Danielle.Hatch@tpwd.texas.gov to reserve a spot. Please specify which date you are requesting and how many people are in your party.

This program is free with pre-registration and paid entrance fee ($7 per adult ages 13 and up, children 12 and under are always free). In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be contacted.
