3. Do I need to notify the city if I am having a garage sale?

Garage Sale registration is free however there are regulations regarding the number of sales per year, signs, and hours of operation. There are several convenient ways to register your sale:

• You may register your sale online by completing the registration form at
www.cedarhilltx.com/garagesaleregistration
• Obtain a registration in person at the Government Center, 285 Uptown Blvd,
at the Code Enforcement Department
• Call the Code Enforcement Department at 972.291.5100 ext. 1090.

Everyone that registers will have their sale listed on the City's website. Registration must be complete by noon on Thursday prior to your scheduled date to have your sale listed on the website.
