If you have a suggestion for an article in Highlights, the City newsletter that's mailed to every home in Cedar Hill, send it to Corky Brown. New issues are mailed in water bills about the first of the month and mid month. You can pick up Highlights in racks on the first floor of the Government Center, at the Library or at the Recreation Center. If you don't office in the Government Center you should be receiving your Highlights via interoffice mail.
