January utility bills for all City of Cedar Hill customers were delayed because of a change in our third-party vendor. As of January 31, all January utility bills have been sent to the printer for distribution and will be mailed no later than Saturday, February 1. All past payments made by a customer up to 2 days prior to the bill being mailed out are reflected in the “Balance Due” shown on that customer’s bill. No penalties or late fees were added to January’s bills, and no service was disconnected for non-payment in January.
February bills will be mailed out on normal cycle bill dates (the 5th and 20th of the month). If customer’s have questions about their bills, Utility Services Department Customer Service Representatives are available at (469) 272-2931, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
