Conservation now can help prevent a boil water notice in the future. Here's how you can conserve water:

✔ Flush toilets only when necessary

✔ Take very short showers only when necessary

✔ Avoid running appliances like dishwashers and washing machines

Keep dripping your faucets to prevent frozen pipes, but capture that water for future use. If your pipes are frozen, find tips here ➡

To report a leak or request a water shut-off, call (972) 780-6643. If you have burst pipes and water is entering your home, you can call 9-1-1 for emergency water shut-offs.
