Creeks at Windmill Hill

In the far northeast corner of the city sits the quiet neighborhood of The Creeks at Windmill Hill. With only 86 homesites alongside Wooded Creek, neighbors enjoy a feeling of familiarity with one another and share a strong sense of community.

 The Creeks at Windmill Hill Homeowners' Association coordinates events and activities throughout the year and communicate to their members through regular meetings, crime watch, a website and a quarterly publication. They also encourage neighborhood beautification efforts with a Yard of the Season award.
